Rice and turkey sausage bowl lunch/dinner • what’s in my bowl —> brown rice, topped with turkey sausage, sautéed green & red peppers and onions! Topped with a little bit of @traderjoes Chile Lime seasoning and a salt mix. For some reason I suck at steaming rice (which is embarrassing it’s so easy) so I used one of the microwaveable rice packets from Target. Their brand, Market Pantry, has tons of different microwaveable rice packets! They’re perfect if you suck at making rice like me 🍚 #phillyfoodie
Been having lots of late breakfasts lately, but I will get back to posting dinner meals!! • what’s on my plate —> sourdough toast with @jifbrand natural peanut butter, bananas, cinnamon, and chia seeds! A little side of clementines because I love them so much 🍊 #phillyfoodie
Snow day oats 🤩 • What’s in my bowl —> 1/2 cup steel cut oats, strawberries, @traderjoes protein peanut butter granola, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, and chia seeds! I was so hungry making this that I got tired of trying to make it look “pretty” but it was so good 🍓 #phillyfoodie
Happy Valentine’s Day!!! 💘 Treat yourself to something sweet today like these Kodiak Cake protein muffins!! • I was super excited to try out @kodiakcakes lemon blueberry muffin mix! I’m still surprised how strong the blueberry and lemon flavors were, in a good way! They’re super convenient to take on the go or eat after the gym! Each muffin has 15g of protein, too - win win 🤩 #phillyfoodie
Easy breakfast from the other day 🥑 • whats on my plate —> Thomas everything bagel thin with cream cheese, avocado, and @traderjoes EBTB seasoning! I feel like EBTB seasoning always makes these everything bagels taste better - anyone else?! On a sad note my seasoning is almost gone so I need a new one ASAP 🥺 #phillyfoodie
Got inspired by @cakeishbycat to make this!! • what’s in my bowl —> @traderjoes vanilla Greek yogurt, caramelized bananas, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon!! This was so good and I was surprised how easy it was to make caramelized bananas since I’ve never made them before 🤩 #phillyfoodie
